AI FACE PRO is not a tool that processes your face and voice arbitrarily. Permitted Avatar™ is a commitment built on written explicit consent, AI labeling compliant with platform rules, and data security compliant with KVKK (Turkish data protection law). It was designed especially for clinics, physicians and corporate brands.

Written Explicit Consent

Your face and voice data are processed only after you approve your KVKK-compliant explicit consent statement. You can withdraw your consent at any time and request that your data be deleted.

AI Transparency & Labeling

Content is delivered ready to publish with an "AI-generated" label, in line with the AI content rules of platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. We don't produce hidden deepfakes; we produce transparent, permitted avatars.

KVKK-Compliant Data Security

Your biometric face/voice data is stored with restricted access, not shared with third parties, and deleted in accordance with our destruction policy when the service ends. A data processing addendum is provided in corporate contracts.

Privacy Notice, Explicit Consent and Data Policy

The texts below summarize the legal framework of our service. A full contract with wet/electronic signature is drawn up separately for corporate clients.

1) KVKK Privacy Notice

Data Controller: AI FACE PRO (MixaMind). Contact: info@mixamind.com

Data processed: Full name, contact details, invoice/payment information and, due to the nature of the service, your facial image and voice recording (special category/biometric data), and the video and script content we produce.

Purposes of processing: Digital-twin video production, script preparation, content delivery, support with publishing and advertising, billing and customer support.

Legal basis: Face and voice data are processed based solely on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 6); other data is processed within the scope of contract performance and legitimate interest.

Transfer: Data may be shared, to a limited extent and under a confidentiality commitment, with domestic/foreign infrastructure providers (servers, AI production services) used to technically provide the service; otherwise it is not sold to third parties.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11): You have the rights to access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. For your requests you can write to info@mixamind.com.

2) Explicit Consent Statement (Face & Voice)

I give explicit consent for AI FACE PRO to process my own facial image and voice recordingfor the purpose of producing digital-twin/permitted-avatar videos, delivering these videos after my approval, and using them in publishing/advertising processes if I request it.

  • This consent covers content production only on my behalf and for my own brand ; it cannot be used on behalf of another person/brand.
  • I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time and that the withdrawal will not have retroactive effect.
  • I am aware that when consent is withdrawn or the service ends, my biometric data will be deleted in accordance with the destruction policy.

Electronic approval of this statement is obtained at the photo upload step and recorded with its date.

3) Data Retention & Destruction Policy
  • Retention period: Face/voice data and produced content are retained for the duration of the active service and as long as legal obligations (e.g. invoicing regulations) require.
  • Access: Only limited authorized personnel responsible for production can access biometric data.
  • Destruction: When the service ends or upon a deletion request, raw biometric data is irreversibly deleted/anonymized within a reasonable period.
  • Security: Data is kept in an access-controlled environment; production infrastructure providers are engaged under a confidentiality commitment.
4) AI Transparency & Platform Compliance

The videos we produce are AI-generated digital-twin content. We recommend that you mark your content

  • in line with the platforms' (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram/Meta) "AI-generated content" labeling rules; delivery is prepared in accordance with this label.
  • Misleading uses, impersonation of others, or uses for illegal purposes are outside the scope of the service.
  • We adopt a labeled and permitted production model compliant with the EU AI Act and similar transparency principles.
5) For Corporate Clients (Clinic, Physician, Company)

For our healthcare and corporate clients we additionally provide: physician/representative identity verification, a service-specific data processing agreement (DPA), and script templates compliant with healthcare advertising regulations.
