AI FACE PRO Terms of Service

AI FACE PRO (MixaMind) is a software platform that produces short-video scripts and permitted AI avatar videos for businesses and professionals. You describe your business and target audience; the platform prepares scripts and produces videos from the scripts you approve.

Monthly subscriptions also include a daily AI CEO briefing prepared from your business information. The briefing is compiled by AI from web sources for information only; it is not legal, financial or medical advice.

Videos are delivered digitally to your dashboard in formats suited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, and are published on your own accounts. No physical goods are shipped.

To use the service you must be over 18 and open an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you notice activity on your account that wasn’t yours, let us know right away.

• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically every month until cancelled. Current plans and prices are in the Pricing section of our homepage.
• The trial order ($35) is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Your card details never reach us.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes applicable in your country may be added at checkout; your invoice is sent to your email address.

Each plan includes a set number of video and script credits per month. Credits are used within the billing period; unused credits do not carry over to the next period. At the start of each new period, credits are reloaded to your plan’s amount.

• You may only upload photos and voice recordings of yourself, or of people whose explicit permission you have obtained. You’ll be asked to confirm this permission when uploading photos.
• Creating content that impersonates another person, misleads, is unlawful or hateful, or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.
• When publishing videos, we expect you to follow each platform’s rules for labeling AI-generated content.
• We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You may freely use the videos and scripts delivered to you for your own brand, including for commercial purposes. The photos, voice and brand materials you upload remain yours; we use them only to produce content for you. We share your videos as sample work only with your permission. The platform’s software, design and infrastructure belong to AI FACE PRO.

Videos with technical errors are revised free of charge. For preference-based revision requests that are not technical errors, a fee of $2.90 per revision applies.

The view counts listed in our packages are targets based on our historical performance data, not guarantees. Results vary by industry, account and posting consistency.

• Package targets: 100,000+ total views for 20 videos, 250,000+ for 40 videos and 1,000,000+ for 80 videos.
• Condition: all videos in the package must be fully posted on the 5 platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn) and remain live.
• Measurement: 30 days after the last post, total views are calculated from each platform’s own statistics.
• Remedy: if total views are below the target, bonus video credits are added to your account until you get close to the target. This remedy is not a cash refund.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. How cancellations and refunds work is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We work to provide the platform without interruptions or errors; however, delays may occur due to maintenance, issues with the infrastructure and AI services we use, or decisions made by social media platforms. Social media algorithms, account restrictions and content policies are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes by email or in your dashboard. The current version is always on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
